The Job Stalker is alive!

Hello there. I'm Barclay Brown, and this site and podcast is my pet project. I've been informally teaching job search and career development techniques since the 80s and I thought it was time to bring it to a wider audience. The first podcasts are going up today, and I'll be assembling the podclass out of some of those early podcast episodes. Feel free to send questions to questions@thejobstalker.com and I'll try to answer them in a future podcast. We're starting small here, so your questions are sure to get attention!

Enjoy!

Barclay

I wish that there was a good way to differentiate your Job Stalker site from the Chicago Tribune's The Job Stalker blog on the Chicago Now blogging site (which I currently write) ... needless to say, the potential for confusion is ever-present (I was being interviewed on WGN-AM a few weeks back and they started to give out your .com as the place to find my blog, before I quickly corrected them)!

Hi Brendan! Love your blog and thanks for the free publicity for the show! Ha. I'm glad to post info to clarify how your blog is quite a different thing from the show here. I'll continue to read your blog and perhaps use some of your experiences as food for future podcasts, giving you credit of course!

Keep in touch!

Barclay
